Code of Conduct

Our conduct reflects the values of excellence, resilience, humility, integrity, and respect that guide Erudite Academy.

Character in Action

The Code of Conduct helps students make responsible choices, protect the dignity of others, and represent the school with pride both offline and online.

Respect and Inclusion

  • Speak and act courteously toward students, teachers, staff, visitors, and members of the wider community.
  • Respect personal space, privacy, cultural differences, beliefs, abilities, and individual needs.
  • Bullying, harassment, discrimination, humiliation, threats, abusive language, and retaliation are not tolerated.

Integrity and Academic Honesty

  • Be truthful, accept responsibility for decisions, and return property that does not belong to you.
  • Submit original work, acknowledge sources, and follow examination instructions without seeking unfair assistance.
  • Do not forge signatures, alter school records, spread knowingly false information, or misuse another person’s identity.

Responsible Use of Technology

  • Use school networks, devices, online classrooms, and digital tools only for authorised educational purposes.
  • Never record, photograph, publish, or share another person’s image, work, or personal information without permission.
  • Online bullying, impersonation, harmful content, attempts to bypass security, and misuse of artificial intelligence or digital tools are treated as conduct concerns.

Responsible Citizenship

  • Follow safety directions, care for the environment, protect school property, and contribute positively to group work and school events.
  • Resolve disagreements calmly, seek adult help when needed, and report safety, safeguarding, or bullying concerns without delay.
  • When representing the school in public, online, in competition, or during travel, maintain the same standards expected on campus.
